CHRONICLES OF THE DRAGONS BANE

May 2009 I was profiled in the Miami Herald for publishing Dragons Bane.

Followed by an interview in my hometown paper the Coral Springs Forum.

The Dragons Bane series was first written between 1991-1994 and published in my high school literary magazine.  When the book signing tour took place it became an impromptu class reunion as well.

I returned to the middle school where I first ventured into writing and gave a presentation to 400 students  about the importance of reading and research.

Always remembering it was my friends and certain teachers who motivated me to keep writing, I ended the summer of 2009 working with the city council of my hometown of Coral Springs Florida in creating the first program to recognize local authors and poets.

Which caught the attention of the Sun Sentinel.

TITANIC RESEARCH

I was interviewed on the NBC 6 morning news on December 19, 1997 for the opening of James Cameron's Titanic

In 2011 I worked with a panel of noted Titanic historians as consultants for the film The Last Signals.  Posted with permission from Tom Lynskey.

2012 My collection of Titanic memorabilia was unveiled in Titanic: The Legacy Remains Exhibition at the Plantation Historical Society Museum. Which caught the interest of the Sun Sentinel  newspaper.

Prior to the exhibition opening, I was interviewed for NPR.  The outfit in the image is one of 3 replica costumes I use in my lectures.
