ALIA E. TORRIE as Jacqueline Barrach

Alia is a Scottish character Actress, Voice Over and BAFTA Nominated composer and Filmmaker. She holds other credits in costume/set designer, art Director Co-producer and hired writer. She is currently based in and around Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Alia has worked in a variety of Theatrical productions on a professional level with memorable principle /Lead character Credits such as ‘Truvy Jones’ in Robert Harling’s “Steel Magnolias” and ‘Wanda’ in an Edinburgh Fringe production of Christopher Durang’s “Wanda’s Visit” .

In Film, along with many crew orientated roles, she has played a variety of lead and supporting characters from many different eras and walks of life.

Her work in Television has seen her cast as principle “Rep cast” playing 7 different “character roles”, over 6 episodes, of the CBeebies Television series “Teacup Travels” .

Alia has a particular interest in Period Dramas and history , so her most recent project “Words Of WW1” was notably right up her street! Alia has been looking forward to working with her dear friend across the great puddle , (William Brower ) for quite some time and it’s great with modern technology, to finally get the chance to do so! It’s almost like being there in person and she is thrilled to be part of this next great adventure. For an actor great writing give us so much to play with and as an actress, she loves to work with deep , meaningful , original and adventurous scripts with well rooted stories and wonderfully rounded characters. So is thrilled to be working on this next great and mysterious adventure.

BILL WILLARD

Bill Willard is a professor of Physics and Astronomy at UNC-Asheville and Asheville-Buncomb Technical College.  With over 40 years of research invested in the Titanic story, Willard was a member of two expeditions to the ship through R.M.S. Titanic inc. and is the author of Our Story detailing the 1998 expedition when a piece of the ship was raised for the first time.
